The Clinician shall conduct mental health assessments for all UC (Unaccompanied Children) in care, as well as provide ongoing individual, group, and crisis intervention and be available for on-call rotation and psychiatric emergencies. In conjunction with referring agency, Clinician establishes goals regarding preparation for family reunification and behavior management. Coordinates and schedules the development of the Individual Service Plans. Clinician utilizes team approach to the care of children and to ensure coordination of services and actively collaborate with residential staff and school staff to collect information regarding resident’s participation in program.
