  • Director Treasure Services

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field required, MBA Preferred
    • Possess 7+ years in treasury management, cash management, or financial leadership within a financial institution with experience in building or restructuring a treasury services program preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of all applicable regulations, processes, and requirements for treasury management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to drive collaboration with other departments on projects and processes
     
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
    • Leadership and Department Development– 30%
      • Design and launch a Treasury Services department, defining its strategy and operational framework, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to measure departmental success
      • Develop and manage comprehensive treasury service offerings, including cash management, liquidity solutions, payment processing, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation tools aligned with regulatory and industry best practices
      • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the department
      • Collaborate with executive leadership to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives
    • Daily Operations Oversight – 50%
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, providing customized treasury solutions to optimize their financial operations
      • Work closely with sales, relationship management, and marketing teams to promote treasury services and drive adoption
      • Provide advanced support to members and employees, mentoring staff and working with members to achieve positive outcomes for the stakeholders in the most complex situations
      • Represent Clearview at community and volunteer events
    • Strategic Management – 15%
      • Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to enhance product development
      • Identify and drive process automation, improvement, and system efficiencies
      • Monitor established KPIs and adjust tactics as needed to support organizational objectives
    • Other duties as assigned – 5%
