  • Division Order Clerk - Temporary Administrative Position

    Enter information into our DX2R software system such as new New Lease information
    Create accounts for owners
    Assign lease number, create a lease and enter other information pertaining to the lease in DX2R
    Ensure documents are mailed and verified for accuracy once received
    Scan documents to OnBase and after 90 days audit it in OnBase and destroy original documents
    Ensures 2nd, 3rd, and final requests are sent for missing documentation
     
    Position Qualifications
    Associate degree
    Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.
    Good interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently.
    Provide exceptional customer service.
    Experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
    Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

    Pay is $22.00 an hour
