In preparation for the upcoming G-20 summit to be hosted by President Barack Obama in Pittsburgh on September 24 and 25, Allegheny County Executive Dan Onorato and Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl have launched a new Pittsburgh G-20 Partnership web site and announced a series of community brainstorming sessions.
The Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to serve as a co-host for a Welcome the World community brainstorming session on Tuesday, June 23 from noon to 1:30 pm at Robert Morris University (International Suite, Sewall Center). Feel free to bring your lunch and beverage.
Bring your best ideas on how we can work together to keep our community safe and clean for our guests, residents and visitors. We'll be seeking input on how we can offer our well-known hospitality to the thousands of national and international visitors, including press, dignitaries and others, many of whom will be experiencing Pittsburgh for the first time.
If you can’t attend in person, please share your best idea on-line at the Pittsburgh G-20 Partnership web site at www.pittsburghg20.org
.
Thank you for your help in welcoming the world to Pittsburgh this September.
