Group Coaching Workshop: Executive Presence
This 90‑minute session invites professionals to experience WCG’s transformative leadership group coaching, facilitated by Kristie Berzansky. Designed for leaders seeking to strengthen how they show up, communicate, and influence, participants will engage with peers and Kristie to explore the essential components of executive presence. Through reflective dialogue and practical application, the session will help leaders elevate their credibility, communicate with intention, and project a confident, authentic presence that inspires trust and drives impact.
Topics include:- Defining Executive Presence: Exploring what executive presence truly means, how it differs from technical competence, and why it is a learnable skill that can be developed at any stage of a leadership journey.
- Leading with Assurance: Demonstrating confidence, emotional steadiness, and sound judgment (especially under pressure) that commands respect and inspires trust.
- Communicating with Clarity and Influence: Speaking with intention, listening with purpose, and adapting communication style to diverse audiences to drive clarity and impact.
- Cultivating Self-Awareness: Understanding how your presence lands on others, identifying blind spots, and actively seeking feedback to close the gap between how you intend to show up and how others experience you.
- Fostering Presence in Others: Using your executive presence to build trust, create psychological safety, and develop the leadership confidence of those around you.
