CHOICES is an interactive classroom seminar that gives middle school students a chance to see into the future and recognize the importance and long-term effect of the personal and academic decisions they make today. The program offers creative, highly participatory exercises facilitated by volunteers from the business community.
Students are challenged to think about their future career options based on the level of education they decide to achieve, as well as the impact their choices will have on others and the world around them. Self-discipline is encouraged as the key to success in their endeavors and at the end of the seminar they are given a “Key to Success” as a reminder of the control they have over their choices and their futures.
If you would like more information about the CHOICES program, contact Susan Hovanec at 412.264.6270 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

THE SALLY HAAS SCHOLARSHIP FUND
In memory of the late Sally Haas, who provided exemplary leadership as the PAACC’s President/CEO for 14 years, the Sally Haas Scholarship Fund was established by the Chamber to provide scholarship funds to both our region's aviation students and military family members in need of financial assistance for post-secondary education.
Contributions to this fund will be used in the same way they were used to support Kathleen Hyland (Pictured on the far left), a graduate from Eden Christian Academy, who was presented a Military Scholarship of $2,500 from Enterprise Foundation Board Members Jim Katsafanas and Larry Schwartz at our 2015 Annual Celebration of Excellence.
If you or your company would like to make a donation to the Sally Haas Scholarship Fund, please make checks payable to Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber Enterprise Foundation and forward to the Chamber offices at 850 Beaver Grade Road, Suite 101, Moon Township, PA 15108.
You can apply today to be awarded a scholarship just like Kathleen. The process is easy, click one of the application links below and submit your information and essay to email@example.com.
