  • Junior Sales Executive

    Job Description
    Sierra Experts (www.SierraExperts.com), a provider of Remote Systems Management, Remote Monitoring, Data Center Hosting, Telephony and Application Development services is seeking an aggressive, career-focused individual to join our expanding team for the position of Information Technology Junior Sales Executive.
     
    This opportunity is ideal for individuals that excel at prospecting and relationship building with the goal of financial and professional growth.
     
    1.     Responsibilities:
    o   Achieve sales and revenue targets with newly generated or assigned accounts.
    o   Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
    o   Work with management to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
    o   Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them
    o   Assess the competitive landscape and suggest changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ changes
    o   Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections
    o   Call on prospective and existing customers to identify opportunities and provide professional services solutions for to address IT service and equipment.
    o   Account and relationship Management
    o   Establishing and maintaining of productive relationships with other employees, customers and vendors.
     
    2.     Experience Requirements
    o   1+ years’ experience in sales or marketing
    o   2+ years’ experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
    o   Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
    o   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    o   New business and client prospecting
    o   Account management and tracking of leads
    o   Track record of attaining quotas and targets
    o   1-3 years of sales experience (IT or related professional services preferred)
    o   Should have prior professional services sales experience in a technology-driven career field. IT Sales experience is preferred. Experience with the following is desirable.
