Job Description/Responsibilities:
Inside sales position responsible for learning government research software for identifying local, state and federal government bid opportunities. Heavy research is involved and must work with outside sales team to find opportunities for each sales territory. Additionally, setting up, managing, and maintaining any government qualifying portals.
Requirements:
Research using a database platform software
Contact agencies, local, state, and federal (Local Townships, DOT, DOD)
Set up all government portals (Sam’s, GovWin, FedBiz and other research platforms)
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities through research.
Understand the unique landscape of government procurement.
Leverage resources provided by government agencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
