POSITION: Supports Assistant (Direct Support Professional)
STATUS: Full Time; 40 hours / week + opportunities for overtime available
SCHEDULE / HOURS:

• 2^nd Shift (3 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to Midnight)*
• 3^rd Shift (Midnight to 8 AM or Midnight to 10 AM)*
• Double Weekends Shift (Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to Midnight + one 8 hour shift during the week)

* These schedules enjoy every other weekend off
 
LOCATIONS AVAILABLE: Bridgeville, Green Tree, Kennedy Township, Moon Township, North Fayette, Oakdale, Robinson Township, South Fayette, Stowe Township

WAGE: $13 - $13.50 / hour + $1 more per hour for the duration of the pandemic

Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a non-profit organization, accredited by the Council on Quality & Leadership. Citizen Care has locations throughout the West Hills and South Hills of Allegheny County.
 
The Supports Assistant will be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting. Duties include, but are not limited to assisting with:

• Personal hygiene
• Bathing and toileting
• Cooking, meal preparation and feeding
• Household chores such as laundry, vacuuming and dusting
• Community integration such as shopping, leisurely activities and medical appointments
• Passing medications
• Assuring the safety and welfare
• Engaging in everyday life
   

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diplomas or GED
2. Valid Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
3. Reliable transportation
4. Ability to lift and transfer without restriction

Experience not required!
 
WAGES

• $13 / hour
• $13.25 / hour at 6 months
• $13.50 / at one year

+ $1 more per hour for the duration of the pandemic
