    ORGANIZATION: Partners For Quality, Inc.
    DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
    POSITION: Human Resources Services Associate
    STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week
    HOURS: Monday through Friday; daylight hours; flexibility required to meet the needs of the Department
    LOCATION: Robinson Township

    Partners For Quality Inc. is a private, non-profit social services organization based in Robinson Township with a satellite office in the Monroeville (East) area.  We are the administrative parent company to 5 subsidiaries and are responsible for the Fiscal, Payroll, HR, IT and support services to each.  Our subsidiaries include Allegheny Children’s Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and the PFQ Foundation.  Through these subsidiaries, we provide community based supports and services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Allegheny County. 
     
    The Human Resources Services Associate is responsible for the completion of assigned Human Resource administrative supports and services and additional designated responsibilities and assignments consistent with general support / service needs.  The Human Resources Department is fast paced and handles a high-volume of tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Fielding employment inquiries, processing calls, resumes and applications regarding employment
    • Coordinating the interview schedule and preparing overall support for the interview process
    • Conducting professional and employment reference checks
    • Database entry & report generation into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HR Information System (HRIS)
    • Overall maintenance of a comprehensive personnel record system including employment, medical & training files
    • Word processing/typing/proofreading of all correspondence and documents and other material as assigned
    • Duplicating/copying/faxing of inter/intra-office information as assigned
    • Assist in maintenance of all office equipment
    • Assist with ordering, storage and distribution of supplies
    • Understanding of and compliance with all Agency Policies and Procedures
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
    1. High School diploma
    2. One (1) year experience with computers and clerical / secretarial work, preferred within an HR setting
    3. Prior customer service experience, strongly preferred
    4. Exceptional computer / typing, communication, and organizational skills
    5. Great attention to detail
    6. Ability to maintain high level of integrity, confidentiality and trust
    7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    8. Prior database and / or HRIS experience, strongly preferred
    9. Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances
