    ORGANIZATION: Partners For Quality Foundation
    POSITION: Director of Grants
    STATUS: Full Time
    HOURS: Monday through Friday; Flexible to meet the needs of the organization
    LOCATION: Robinson Township

    Partners For Quality Foundation, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality, Inc., strives to advance, promote and support the Mission of the Agency by fundraising for all organizational services and supports.  Partners For Quality, Inc. receives operating funds through various sources, private gifts, grants and special events helping the Agency go “above and beyond” basic needs. Our goal is to build and strengthen PFQ’s support resources to supplement government dollars.
    The Director of Grants will be responsible for the successful submission of grants for Partners For Quality, Inc. (PFQ) and its subsidiaries, which supports and enhances the services provided. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Serve as the main contact for grants submitted by Partners For Quality, Inc. and its Subsidiaries
    • Responsible for foundation and government relations including research, planning approaches, writing and editing proposals, follow-up grant reports and contacts with foundation and government representatives
    • Works collaboratively with the PFQ and Subsidiary Executives to assure that all appropriate avenues are explored for financial support
    • Nurtures and sustains community outreach, partnerships, linkages and connections between PFQ, PFQ stakeholders and the community at large
    • Nurtures and sustains relationships with the foundation community
    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Non-profit Management or Human Services
    2. At least two (2) years experience in grant administration experience
    3. Experience with government grants preferred
    4. Excellent communication and computer skills
    5. Excellent references, both personal and professional
    6. Act 33, Act 34 and FBI Clearances
    7. Valid driver’s license
