  • Proposal Coordinator

    Job Description

    At ConnectiveRx (CRx), our Proposal Coordinators are responsible for executing on the vision we have defined for our customer’s journey from time of inquiry to order placement with CRx. Our Proposal Coordinators are responsible for ensuring adherence to our estimation process, and for complying with the pre-sales documentation standards required to support our downstream development projects. Day-to-day, a CRx Proposal Coordinator is responsible for ensuring estimates are created within our targeted service level timeframes, and he/she/they are instrumental in driving the required cross-functional internal collaboration needed to create each project estimate. In many situations our Proposal Coordinators are working on multiple proposals simultaneously, so the ability to balance multiple simultaneous deadlines is critical.

    What you will do:

    • Generate, track, and communicate estimation activities to internal teams for new and existing customer requests
    • Handle, route and/or respond to follow-up queries about proposed estimates
    • Collaborate with CRx’s pricing team to ensure all details to produce an approved estimation have been received
    • Calendar management for meetings in support of the estimation process
    • Maintain documents and files appropriately supporting the proposed estimates
    • Report development required by CRx Management Team
    • Other duties as assigned

    What we need from you:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, accounting, or relevant professional experience
    • 2+ Years of experience in a professional environment preferred
    • Comfortable using computer business applications including, MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and Outlook, Salesforce.com and Jira
    • Understanding of a customer service environment
    • Ability to communicate succinctly and efficiently with internal stakeholders
    • Ability to prioritize workload to meet targets
    • Self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
    • Ability to analyze information and situations to anticipate problems
    • Capability to escalate as appropriate
    • Ability to demonstrate empathy to customers and peers/Interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized and Detail-oriented
    • Ability to understand a Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) and its impact on customer requests
    • Ability to work under aggressive and often changing deadlines
