    Job Description
    Refucilo Winery operates as a Tasting Room and Tapas Bar in the bustling Western Avenue business district of Pittsburgh's North Side neighborhood., where we offer hand-crafted Uco Valley wine from our Argentinian vineyard, homemade empanadas (along with other small plates), a welcoming atmosphere, and -when weather's right- live events on our back terrace. Our goal is to foster a vibrant community of wine enthusiasts. As we continue to grow and change, we're excited to announce we're in the market for a new chef!
    As Refucilo's chef, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced (buy always friendly!) environment. Though our operating hours are Thursday-Friday (5pm-10pm) and Saturday )2pm-10pm), you should also expect to spend time outside of those windows prepping, cleaning, and collaborating with the owners on seasonal dishes.
    Prepare Tapas from Refucilo's menu
    Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
    Keep stock of inventory by writing down what supplies are needed at the end of each day so that we are able to operate with a full menu during our next shift
    Assist with dishwashing and flatware wrapping
    Help set up and take down tables and chairs
        This includes setting up tents on days we have music or a private event
    Collaborate with owners on seasonal menu items
    Perform other responsibilities as assigned
        Running food, pouring wine, and working the occasional festival
    Preferred Qualifications
    Serve-Safe Certification
    Enthusiasm for food and wine-and an eagerness to learn!
    $15/hr. starting wage
