    Job Description

    Here is how the Executive Project Manager will help:  
    • Manage and organize the CEO’s daily portfolio, including briefings, agendas, background and reference materials, travel arrangements, meals, and logistics.
    • Research topics as assigned by the CEO regarding items needed for meeting preparation, special projects, and key initiatives.
    • Interface with high-level internal and external stakeholders to continuously refine the top priorities of the CEO; attend all required meetings.
    • Plan, organize, and manage the entire life cycle of complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously, including partnering with necessary departments as needed to define scope, goals, and key performance indicators.
    • Manage the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management and other areas for the CEO.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the Senior leadership Team; partner with them as needed to facilitate strategic decision making and ensure quality execution of projects. 
    • Assemble and lead project teams as necessary; provide direction and facilitate the decision-making process.
    • Manage all aspects of communications between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders on various projects; collaborate with the Marketing, Comm, & Cust. Exp department when needed.
    • Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption during the project phase. 
    • Create long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and budget.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
     The successful candidate for the Executive Project Manager role will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Extensive organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Considerable skills in critical thinking and problem solving.
    • Considerable ability to prioritize, use sound time management, and communicate deadline requirements effectively to others.
    • Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
    • Ability to procure and manage consultants/contractors.
    • Ability to travel 5% to 15%.

    The minimum requirements needed to qualify for the Executive Project Manager role are:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business management or a related field.
    • Five-Seven years related work experience.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Possess or obtain prior to employment a valid Pennsylvania Class C driver’s license.  Note: license must be maintained throughout employment.
