Group Coaching Workshop:
Thriving in the Workplace Together
This 90-minute workshop allows professionals to experience WCG’s transformative leadership group coaching. It's open to any leader who wants to grow their influence and outcomes with the support of their peers and leadership coaching expert, Holly Wilbanks. Together, participants will unpack a variety of topics, including:
- Leading with the Vision
- Fostering Purpose
- Supporting Autonomy
- Cultivating Competence
Upon completion, leaders will leave motivated to ignite their influence and inspire change. Participants will have the opportunity to schedule a FREE 30-minute 1:1 coaching session with a WCG coach after the workshop to fine-tune their understanding and implementation of the best practices discussed.
