A Mentoring Program

Merging the Professional with the Potential

Founded on the principle of leadership, Sip to Success is an influential mentoring program designed to merge an experienced business leader with a developing professional. This brand new program, offered free through the PAACC, is becoming the catalyst to the growth of leaders in the airport area and beyond. With your help, it will only continue its progression upward. Participants in the program will offer three hours of their time within a six-month period where both mentor and mentee can meet for coffee and/or cold drinks at a location of their choice. At these sessions, the mentor will provide free advice and guidance to the mentee.
