ACCESS Application Service

Our PAACC office provides Access applications. If you wish to receive our assistance with your Access application needs, visit our office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (office closes at 5:00 p.m.). 

The PAACC office is located on the first floor at:

PLEASE NOTE:
The Access applicant (the person to receive the service) will need to be present to provide photo ID and to provide a signature to the application form.
