First-Line Supervisor Training
 Program Overview
Being an effective leader, regardless of your position in an
organization is more than just getting the job done. This workshop
will explore the essential skills of leadership and provide
practical exercises for the participants to improve team building
skills, facilitate group performance and become an overall effective
leader.
